Why Solvit Messaging Hub requests Google user data
Solvit Messaging Hub requests Gmail access only after a company administrator chooses Connect Gmail with Google and the mailbox owner consents. The requested Google user data is used solely to operate the shared inbox:
- Read Gmail messages, threads, headers, and attachments so authorized company users can see customer email in Solvit Messaging Hub.
- Send and reply from Solvit Messaging Hub only when a user directs the send action.
- Keep the mailbox synchronized with Gmail watch notifications so new mail appears in the company workspace.
Solvit Messaging Hub does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, does not change Gmail labels, and does not trash or permanently delete Gmail messages.
Solvit Messaging Hub does not use Gmail or other Google Workspace user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
